We have great news: Together with our big client, who represents professional medical and cosmetic products, we are adding another channel to our business strategy, focusing on customer demand. Our aim is to build a team of independent cosmetic consultants that will ensure the availability of products throughout the Czech Republic, including professional advice, and thus the recommendation of the right cosmetics to end customers with regard to their needs.
However, the intention is not only to build the team in terms of personnel, but also to support it comprehensively in the areas of marketing, development and training – all with a strong focus on the efficiency and performance of individuals, from planning to managing the sales channel. For a demanding project of this nature, we will reserve human resources: we will provide a management team composed of professionals, ready to lead and manage consultants in individual regions so that the return on investment is realistically ensured according to the business strategy we propose.
